For those of you not in the know, “GMO” stands for “Genetically Modified Organisms,” specifically in the area of agribusiness. While other countries label which food has been genetically altered and which not, here in the States we don’t. It’s likely that supermarket corn you buy is GMO.

I won’t mind eating corn that is stale,
